I stumbled upon this platform a bit late, say 10 days before NUMS and a few month before MDCAT and honestly I was stunned by the fact that this platform was everything i needed at first place. I solved Past Papers and Timed Test Mode almost everyday after I found it and it started increasing my thinking and time management skills to the point i was able to solve my MDCAT paper in just half the given time!!
