I knew about MedAngle even before its launch at SMC and was amazed to see that it’s taking us to where our new future awaits us. I am using MedAngle since then and it has been three years now. Let me tell you what I liked about MedAngle. I loved the way MedAngle tested my knowledge on a topic. I had MCQs which I didn’t ever think can come in this way. It tested every aspect of a topic and brought up my weak points and explained to me why I was wrong, and corrected me. Their explanation is quite good, not only explaining the correct option but also why the other options are wrong. And thumps up to their new feature, Smart Sets which I found quite helpful. Smart Sets divide modules into topics so that you can attempt MCQs with the ongoing module. Another feature I liked was their Clinical Cases. It looked like an OSCE/OSPE station with a picture on it with a series of questions. Last but not least, their Verbal questions helped me a lot in handling the stress of facing an examiner, which is a nightmare for every med student. I believe that when you are going to give a national or International exam like USMLE/PLAB, this will help you in building a strong foundation and then when you are in the dedicated phase of preparation for that exam using UWorld or any other relevant exam’s question bank, you already have a habit of attempting MCQs and saving time efficiently.
